1. Customers choose a restaurant to order from
  2. Order (or request a quote) from their catering platform
  3. Select a store location
  4. Add menu items to the order
  5. Select Checkout
  6. Choose pickup or delivery option
  7. Select a date and time for pickup/delivery
  8. Add payment info
  9. Place order

Orders are sent directly to the kitchen and catering coordinator. In the event a customer requests a quote, the event coordinator will follow up to answer any questions and process the final order. Customers will receive notifications on order progress.
